BIOGRAPHY
Mr. Guarino serves as a Director of Matthew 25, Inc., a non-profit organization that purchases and rehabilitates low-income housing for families in both Worcester and Boston. He also serves as Vice-Chair of Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau of Central New England, Inc., Chair of the town of Carlisle's Finance Committee, and as Co-Chair of the Tax, Trusts and Estates Section of the Worcester County Bar.
Mr. Guarino received his B.A. in Mathematics in 1989 from Boston College. He earned his L.L.M in taxation and J.D. in 1995 from the University of San Diego School of Law and his M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance in 2003 from Suffolk University. While at Suffolk University, Mr. Guarino was selected to the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society for his scholastic achievement.
Mr. Guarino is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the state of California, as well as to the U.S. Tax Court.
